The role involves providing technical support to sales channels and customers, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing to promote solutions in industries such as pharmaceuticals, polymers, food, cosmetics, mining, and energy.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport representatives and customers with product presentations, technical discussions, and feasibility evaluations.Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, webinars, and materials that support business growth.Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and technical events across Latin America.Assist in onboarding and training of new channel partners.Maintain communication with global product and application teams to align regional needs.Contribute to the development of technical content and sales tools.Monitor market trends and customer feedback to find opportunities and suggest improvements.QualificationsDegree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent degree.Experience in sales or technical support for scientific equipment.Familiarity with extrusion, rheology, viscosity measurement, or granulation technologies.Communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.Portuguese and English required; Spanish is helpful.Availability to travel within Latin America.Why Thermo Fisher Scientific?Joining our team means being part of a company that values integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.
