Risk Management Professional
As the Safety Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of safety risk management.
1. Lead data analysis and modeling for platform risk scenarios.
2. Conduct risk identification, classification, and early-warning analysis across rider/driver/courier, merchant, and customer segments.
3. Perform bottom-up data discovery and metric construction.
The key responsibilities include:
* Building standardized risk metrics, operational metrics, behavior features, and monitoring indicators from the ground up.
* Applying top-down business perspective to drive strategy and execution.
* Working closely with product, operations, policy, and risk teams to translate high-level business goals into measurable and actionable metrics.
You will also be responsible for:
* Driving 0→1 metric system design for new markets or new products, and evolving metrics for rapid growth and later-stage refinement.
* Developing dashboards and risk monitoring systems.
* Building and maintaining BI dashboards to monitor key risk, quality, safety, and operational metrics.
Your skills will be utilized in:
* Detecting anomalies, conducting root-cause analysis, and supporting incident response and post-mortem reviews.
* Supporting cross-functional decision making and risk strategy design.
* Providing data-driven insights to support risk mitigation strategies, counter-measure design, operational policy updates, and business optimization.
