Luxoft are partnering with a fintech to bring Open Banking to the North American market.A state of the art, cloud native SaaS solution has been built, implementing the FDX APIs, to facilitate Open Banking across a broad spectrum of financial services institutions within North America. Luxoft will both develop and run the solution.Responsibilities:
The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for:
Managing the day to day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution
Management reporting and governance with the client
Providing Open Banking SME knowledge and mentoring the broader support team on Open Banking workflows
Participate in application support and resolving customer issues
Collaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth operation of the platformSkills
Must have
7+ Years of Previous experience
Extensive Open Banking, including FDX APIs and Consent workflows
Previous Experience leading a support team
Cloud (AWS) or SaaS support exposure
Experience dealing with customer senior managementNice-to-Have Skills:
French language B2 or aboveLanguages:
English: C1 Advanced
