We work exclusively with adult learners, using a communicative approach that prioritises real speaking ability. We measure what actually matters: whether our students can use English to do something meaningful with their lives. Every class, every follow-up, every piece of feedback we give is designed with that outcome in mind.

Position Details

• Role: English Language Coach
• Location: 100% Remote
• Employment Type: Contract
• Start Date: Immediate

Candidates MUST be available Monday through Thursday, 7–9pm. Weekly team meeting: Mondays at 10am (30 minutes).

What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging, communicative classes that students actually remember
• Support students via WhatsApp between sessions. We stay close to our learners
• Proactively check in with students to understand their needs and keep them on track
• Pursue your own professional development. We expect it and we support it

Technical Requirements

• High-quality video and audio setup
• Fast, stable internet connection

What We Require

• CELTA, DELTA, or TKT certification (Cambridge)
• C2 English proficiency
• Strong command of Communicative Language Teaching methodology
• Confident use of online teaching platforms and digital tools

• Brings genuine energy to every class, Not performance, real presence
• Is ambitious and wants to grow, with potential to take on leadership responsibility
• Receives feedback well and actively uses it to improve
• Communicates proactively and takes ownership of their students' progress
• Is humble enough to keep learning, no matter their level of experience
• Has lived, worked, or studied in an English-speaking environment (a strong advantage)
