Customer Support Specialist - Multilingual

* Provide email-based technical support to customers
* Develop knowledge of HTML, JAVA, CSS, web page behavior, and digital ads behavior
Investigate and resolve simple, medium, and complex Ad Serving issues via email. Ensure all individual metric goals are met, such as CSAT and TRT. Demonstrate skills like empathy, ownership, and sincerity when dealing with customer requirements.
Note: Must be willing to work night shifts.
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience in tech-support or tools/applications development domains
* Preferred experience in ad serving platforms (DFA, Sizmek, Ad Tech, Adobe, Zedo, Omniture)
* Experience in digital marketing and campaign management is an advantage but not mandatory
