IT Infrastructure Specialist
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems for enterprise clients. This includes hands-on work with modern infrastructure technologies, collaboration with internal engineering teams, and expert guidance to optimize the client's IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Provide consultative services to clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
* Monitor time against project agreements to ensure efficient service delivery and profitability.
* Report on project progress and engage in ongoing technical training and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3–4 years of experience in system infrastructure and enterprise or managed service environments.
* Strong background in Microsoft 365 technology stack.
* Proficiency in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proven expertise in MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Ability to create detailed systems documentation and maintain accurate records.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and best practices in client services.
