Key Responsibilities:
* Provide ongoing support for Körber WMS applications, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
* Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact.
* Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities.
* Customize and extend Körber applications based on business requirements.
* Develop and maintain scripts or custom code to enhance system functionality.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and operations) to support system improvements and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Developer/Support Specialist working on Körber (HighJump) WMS solutions.
* Strong hands-on experience with Körber suite products and configurations.
* Experience in customization and extension of Körber applications.
* Proficiency in scripting or programming languages relevant to Körber environments.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good understanding of system maintenance, upgrades, and support processes.
