We provide value-added services, products, and solutions to our clients worldwide.The Global Capital Markets Business Management team operates under the Global Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization, offering analytical, strategic, and operational leadership to management teams and driving business priorities through strategic initiatives and daily solutions.The team is aligned with the Debt and Equity Capital Markets business, comprising approximately (number) bankers, generating significant annual revenue.Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, you will collaborate closely with the local and New York-based business management teams, supporting the preparation of business performance reports, conducting analytical work to inform management decisions, and measuring the success of key initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFee & pipeline analysis: Track and analyze trends in Capital Markets by reviewing booked fees and deal pipeline activity, providing insights to F&BM partners and management.Market & competitor analysis: Benchmark JPMorgan's performance against peers using league tables and other data, helping management understand underlying trends.Management Reporting: Provide weekly updates on deals, mandates, pipeline changes, forecasts, and relevant metrics.Business performance reviews & presentations: Prepare content for Business Reviews and Town Halls, analyzing revenue, expenses, and competitor metrics to highlight performance and risks.Data management: Maintain databases with proprietary deal-related information to facilitate business analysis.Business optimization: Lead data-driven initiatives such as banker time tracking, client coverage organization, headcount projections, and senior management talking points.Ad hoc projects: Support additional requests and projects to foster business growth and development.Minimum Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree requiredStrong analytical skills and initiative-taking abilityAbility to work independentlyOrganized and meticulousResourceful team player with a positive attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)About UsJ.P.
