We are looking for a senior brand and marketing professional who wants to shape and build this with us. Your MissionBuild Troesser into a visible and respected international consulting brandand turn that visibility into a steady flow of high-quality client conversations. You will transform fragmented marketing activities into a clear, structured and measurable brand and growth system. What you will do- Build the brand- Sharpen our positioning and narrative; - Translate consulting work into compelling external stories; - Establish a distinctive voice for the firm. - Create thought leadership- Transform insights from our work into powerful content; - Develop a strong presence across LinkedIn, articles and events; - Position Troesser as atrusted voice in transformation. - Build a lead generation engine- Develop scalable channels for new client conversations; - Website, content marketing, LinkedIn, campaigns and events; - Introduce measurement and marketing analytics. - Transform our digital presence- Turn our website into a strong first impression for potential clients; - Showcase real work, insights and impact. - Create structure- Develop an international marketing roadmap; - Introduce processes and tools for marketing and CRM; - Collaborate with agencies and external partners when needed. Your Profile- You are based in the city of São Paulo. - You are an experienced marketing and brand professional who enjoys building things from the ground up. - You combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and feel comfortable working directly with partners and senior leaders. - You understand how to turn expertise into visibility and visibility into business opportunities. Experience & Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or growth roles; - Experience in consulting, professional services, innovation firms or knowledge-driven B2B companies; - Proven experience in brand building, thought leadership or B2B marketing; - Experience working with senior stakeholders or leadership teams; - Ability to translate strategic ideas into clear and executable marketing initiatives. Education- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or a related field; - An advanced degree (MBA or similar) can be an advantage but is not required. Languages- Fluent English is required (our working language); - German and Spanish will grant you a strong advantage. Why this role is interestingThis is not a traditional marketing role.
