Clinical Application Expert
About the Role
This is a critical position in the healthcare industry, requiring extensive knowledge of medical imaging diagnosis, technology, and product operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging, accompanied by 5+ years of experience as a radiographer, radiologist, or application specialist. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is also essential.
Responsibilities
1. Training and Development: Create comprehensive training plans and conduct timely clinical application training for MRI within designated areas.
2. Customer Support: Identify and resolve customer clinical issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
3. Feedback and Analysis: Collect valuable customer feedback and outstanding clinical images/cases to support product sales and research.
4. Regional Expertise: Assist in establishing regional expert resources, maintaining expert relations, and supporting customers in conducting clinical scientific research.
5. Reference Hospitals: Establish and maintain reference hospitals within the responsible region, including receiving visiting delegations.
6. Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets through pre-sales/after-sales product/application demonstration support and organizing promotional events.
Requirements
* A relevant Bachelor's degree or higher.
* At least 5+ years of experience as a radiographer, radiologist, or application specialist in the healthcare industry or one specific modality field.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
* Strong teamwork ability and commitment to providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business travel.
* Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
