The company is fully remote and operates in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment with real ownership. They are now hiring their first Founding Performance Marketing Managers (Junior to Mid level).
The Role:
Hands-on Performance Marketing role scaling user acquisition for a high-traffic B2C AI platform at global scale
Work closely with CMO, product, creative, and data teams to scale, optimize, and stabilize paid acquisition channels
Own campaign execution end-to-end (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, Native), including creative testing, funnel iteration, and budget scaling
Reporting directly to the CMO, working alongside other senior growth / UA marketers
Startup / scale-up experience in fast-paced consumer environments strongly preferred
Strong analytical mindset (ROAS, CAC, LTV, cohorts) and ability to translate performance data into creative and funnel improvements is essential
Tech Stack: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, ASA, GA4, Voluum, tracking & attribution tools, internal dashboards, and automation tools
