Our company focuses on building strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver a high-quality experience. We look for professionals with 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
About the Role:
 * Sourcing and screening top technical talent in Latin America.
 * Managing end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Buidling strong pipelines of LATAM-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Evaluating applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.

Requirements:
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
 * Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.

 * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
