Your role will be:
 * Portfolio management and prospecting of new micro and small business clients;
 * Conducting face-to-face visits to our clients;
 * Identifying and acting on potential partnerships;
 * Ensuring customer satisfaction;
 * Preventive collection;
 * Reaching agreements;
 * Controlling portfolio delinquency;
