The Role
The Pre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicants interested in this jobcontacting truck owner-operators, and generating detailed profiles for each individual who answers. The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 15 profiles daily and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and manage leads provided by the company.
* Make outbound calls to truck owner-operators.
* Gather necessary information to create detailed profiles.
* Ensure a minimum of 15 profiles are completed each day.
* Use CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
* Communicate effectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.
Ideal Profile
1. Experience:
* At least 1-2 years of phone sales or customer service experience.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
* Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.
2. Skills:
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to multitask and meet daily targets.
* Attention to detail for accurate profile creation.
3. Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Complete a minimum of 15 profiles per day.
* Maintain an 85% accuracy rate in profile information.
* Respond to leads within 24 hours of receipt.
Compensation:
* Base salary with potential for performance-based incentives. ($225.00 Weekly)
