Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting for our internal teams, customers, and vendors. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in network infrastructure support, data center operations, and ITSM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing on-site technical support for internal teams, customers, and vendors
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to network devices, data center operations, and ITSM tools
* Assisting with the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery
* Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, data center operations, and ITSM tools
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including network devices, protocols, and architectures
* Knowledge of data center infrastructure management applications and monitoring tools
* Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
* Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and backup technologies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
