Lead ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
This role requires a seasoned expert with 10+ years of experience in overseeing end-to-end platform implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform, strong project management skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform.
* Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
* Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements.
* Lead requirement-gathering sessions and oversee project deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
* 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
* Proven track record in end-to-end implementations.
* Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
