Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage sales area performance in accordance with the company's proprietary sales methodology, covering key aspects such as client coverage, cost of sales (COGS), gross margin (GM), and achieving defined goals.

* Develop and execute account plans that span four levels within clients to achieve good account penetration, focusing on short-term budget opportunities, multifunctional networks, and deep understanding of business needs and priorities.
">
* Lead Account Based Marketing initiatives, creating efficient coverage models for different accounts with a focus on upsell and cross-sell.
">
* Manage time effectively, ensuring an efficient use of time spent managing customer relationships and account planning, using metrics such as visits per week, solutions delivered, customer workshops, and training.
">

Requirements and Qualifications:
">

* A minimum of 12 years of experience as a commercial director in the private sector, specializing in Information Technology, Digital Infrastructure, Agile Automation, Apps, Business Applications, Analytics, and Decision Science.

* In-depth knowledge of the entire sales cycle for digital transformation in private companies, with established relationships in the private sector.
">
* Obsession for results, requiring resilience and creativity, with outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

* Fluent English and native Portuguese language proficiency.

* Desirable qualifications include a Master's degree in business administration or computer science.
