Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing technical execution of high-stakes marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and maintaining seamless integrations between landing pages and customer relationship management systems.
Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms
* Own the complete technical implementation of marketing campaigns from concept through launch
* Ensure pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns, including analytics, conversion tracking, and retargeting audiences
* Implement and troubleshoot complex tracking scenarios including server-side tracking, parameters, and multi-touch attribution
* Optimize landing page performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates
* Conduct A/B testing and implement rapid iterations based on campaign performance data
HubSpot Integration & Data Management
* Build and maintain seamless integrations between landing pages and CRM systems
* Ensure accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronization
* Implement and validate proper lead source attribution and campaign tracking in CRM systems
* Create custom workflows and automations to support campaign objectives
* Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure marketing attribution accuracy
Technical Leadership & Team Management
* Lead and mentor a team of developers
* Manage workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns
* Establish and enforce development standards, quality assurance protocols, and best practices
* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
* Create project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of campaign assets
* Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
* Implement rigorous QA processes, before any campaign launch.
* Verify all tracking mechanisms are functioning correctly across devices and browsers
* Maintain detailed documentation of tracking implementations and technical specifications
* Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact campaign performance
* Ensure compliance with privacy regulations in all tracking implementations
