About the Role:
As a Sales and Growth Professional, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships and leveraging new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include developing account plans, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying potential new business areas, and conducting regular performance reviews.
Sales and Revenue:
You will be expected to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by driving client retention, renewal growth, upselling, and cross-selling. You must have strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals effectively and manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and onboarding.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the software industry. Experience with long-term sales cycles, public tender processes, and open-source software solutions is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong negotiation and closing abilities will enable you to drive revenue growth and achieve your sales goals.
