We’re Hiring: Operations & Logistics Manager (E-commerce) Location: [Remote/Brazil | ⏰ Full-time We’re looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager who can keep products moving smoothly—from supplier to customer—without drama. If you love building systems, solving shipping puzzles, and making fulfillment faster + cheaper, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll own You’ll be the glue between supply chain, fulfillment, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage end-to-end logistics: inbound freight, warehousing/3PL, outbound shipping Own relationships + performance with 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors Improve shipping speed, accuracy, and cost (aka: fewer “where is my package?” moments) Oversee inventory flow and replenishment planning to prevent stockouts/overstock Create and maintain SOPs for receiving, picking/packing, returns, and exception handling Build dashboards for key KPIs (OTIF, shipping cost/order, fulfillment accuracy, returns rate) Lead continuous improvement projects (process, tools, automation, packaging optimization) Coordinate cross-functionally with CX, marketing, finance, and product team on launches and promos What success looks like (90 days) ✅ 3PL/carrier performance clearly tracked and improved ✅ Fewer shipping issues + faster resolution time ✅ Clear SOPs + smoother handoffs between teams ✅ Inventory is more predictable (less “oops we ran out”) ✅ Shipping costs are controlled while service levels stay strong What we’re looking for 3+ years in logistics/operations (bonus: DTC e-commerce, Shopify, Amazon, or retail) Strong vendor management skills (you can hold partners accountable politely but firmly) Solid understanding of shipping + freight (domestic and/or international) Comfortable with data + spreadsheets (you can measure stuff, not just “feel” stuff) Or
