We’re looking for a motivated, leadership-oriented individual who is passionate about web and mobile development and has some experience building backend services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team and drive the technology vision of the product.
- Collaborate with a project manager, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to develop, test, and maintain mobile apps using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms, and web apps using React full stack frameworks (such as Next.Js or Remix)
- Develop and maintain REST API services using Nest.Js, Node.Js, and Firebase.
- Adhere to high standards of software development to produce top-quality products.
- Follow Agile development practices and assist in planning and estimating project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Over 6 years of professional experience in software development.
- Over 2 years of experience managing teams of developers.
- 2+ years of experience in mobile development using Flutter.
- Experience in the complete mobile app development lifecycle, including launching apps on the Apple or Android stores.
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming, data structures, and REST API integration.
- Knowledgeable about professional software engineering processes and best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of supporting multiple initiatives.
- Strong communication and influence skills with a professional business demeanor.
- Fluent English.
- Based in the Curitiba, PR area.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into backend services.
- Knowledge of video processing technologies.
Benefits:
- Starting salary of $2500 - $3500 ( ~R$12.500 - R$17.500)
