Project Manager Senior
Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our software development projects. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Fundamental knowledge of English, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
* 8+ years of experience in IT project management within Agile Scrum environments for application software development.
* Prior hands-on experience in coding or development.
* A proven track record of managing Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Ability to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
* Experience managing budgets over $1 million, delivering projects on time and within scope.
* Exceptional communication skills, conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, motivating cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational skills and mindset.
Desirable Requirements:
* Oil and Gas industry experience is highly desirable.
* Previous consulting role experience or consultative mindset is beneficial.
* PMP certification, CSM is a plus.
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, Cloud Technologies is advantageous.
