About the Role

* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams and implementing Scrum frameworks
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Ability to remove obstacles and impediments, ensuring smooth workflow
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
