Artwork ControllerWe are hiring a Artwork Controller to support and manage the end-to-end packaging and labeling artwork process within a global regulated environment. This role requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant, and timely artwork across regional markets.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end artwork development process (brief to final release)- Ensure all packaging and labeling artwork meets global regulatory and quality standards- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors/agencies- Validate project briefs and resolve gaps or discrepancies with stakeholders- Manage multiple concurrent projects with strict timelines- Coordinate review and approval workflows in PLM/electronic systems- Support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement CAPA actions- Maintain issue logs and support escalation management- Participate in content lock and alignment meetings- Ensure design-to-print feasibility (CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed, etc.)- Track project progress, risks, and key milestones- Support process improvement and digital tool optimization initiatives- Provide training and guidance to junior team members when requiredRequirements- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Packaging Technology, or related field- 10+ years of experience in artwork / labeling / packaging / regulatory / proofreading roles- Strong experience in pharma / medical devices / consumer health industry- Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Agile, Veeva, Loftware, GLAMS, Veraciti, etc.)- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)- Strong understanding of pre-press and print processes (CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed)- Experience with proofreading tools (GlobalVision, TVT, InformCC)- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder handling skills
