Service Desk Support Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our users by responding to incidents reported through our helpline or incident registration platform. You will also log all helpline calls and incidents on our ticket registration platform.
You will need to have expertise in responding to incidents, logging calls and incidents, attending to user problems, forwarding incidents to resolution groups, advising users on processes unrelated to workstation issues, and monitoring tickets for prompt service.
