Business Growth Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing localized resources to support regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire new partners across the LATAM region and provide ongoing support to grow their businesses and client bases.
* Focus on expanding the company's presence in key LATAM markets, driving new deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition.
* Identify and pursue business opportunities within the region, implementing strategies to strengthen market penetration and regional visibility.
* Build and maintain a strong network of partners, industry contacts, and potential clients to maximize business growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to establish localized resources such as payment solutions, marketing initiatives, and platform support tailored to the region.
* Meet or exceed regional business targets by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals that contribute directly to revenue and client growth.
* Ensure strong partner relationships through consistent communication, prompt issue resolution, and ongoing performance support.
* Provide management with insights on LATAM market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to support strategic decisions.
* Represent the company at regional industry events, expos, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or equivalent role.
* Demonstrated success managing an existing portfolio of partnerships or clients.
* Strong knowledge of LATAM market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is essential; English fluency is required.
* Based in or with strong working experience in the LATAM region.
