We’re looking for a creative Branding Manager with strong graphic design skills to help us define, refine, and execute our brand identity. This is a project-based role, ideal for someone who can balance creative strategy with hands-on design execution. This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop or refine our visual brand identity (logos, color palettes, typography, imagery, etc.) Collaborate with the team to translate brand strategy into visuals that resonate with our audience Create brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across all platforms and materials Design marketing assets such as social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and digital/print collateral Ensure all designs align with brand messaging, tone, and positioning Provide direction or templates that can be reused by the team after project completion Who We’re Looking For: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 3+ years of experience in branding and graphic design (portfolio required) Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling Experience creating brand identities for startups or growing companies (nice to have!)
