About the Job
Magentrix is a salesforce alternative offering two platforms: Partner Management and Customer Management.
* Partner Management:
o Allows onboarding & engaging partners, sharing leads, managing opportunities, and closing deals faster.
o Empowers partners by allowing them to collaborate and engage with partner managers.
* Customer Management:
o Solutions:
+ 1. Customer Operations
+ 2. Customer Support
+ 3. LMS & Knowledge management
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and implement web-based business solutions.
* Contribute to fast-paced client projects and product initiatives as part of our Professional Services team.
* Collaborate closely with Senior Developers to write Statements of Work (SOW) implementation notes.
* Work closely with client Project Managers to understand client needs and technical requirements.
* Participate in code reviews conducted by the Professional Services Technical Team Lead.
* Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and extensible code.
* Integrate APIs and web services to build robust applications.
* Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and resolve defects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
* Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience with software product development and Agile methodologies.
* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
