As a key member of our IT support team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional remote computer and IT system support to employees.
You will be responsible for analyzing complex technical issues, formulating innovative solutions, and troubleshooting system, application, and hardware problems with precision and accuracy.
A high level of motivation, self-reliance, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team are essential qualities required for success in this position.
* Analyze and resolve technical issues with speed and efficiency
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues with expertise
* Ensure timely updates on ticket progress to maintain transparency and trust
* Collaborate remotely with customers to deliver tailored solutions
* Utilize internal knowledge bases and external resources to research and resolve complex issues
* Consistently update ticket tracking systems with accurate status and fixes
* Properly escalate issues to relevant stakeholders as required
Requirements:
A minimum Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent field is required. Alternatively, a proven track record of IT experience can also be considered.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Experience delivering IT solutions within corporate and enterprise environments. Familiarity with mixed Mac and Windows environments, as well as centrally managed computer systems.
