You will execute and oversee project execution, optimize workflows, and introduce AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands the full creative production lifecycle and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - a love for science is a plus!Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the execution of creative projects from brief to final deliveryMaintain the studio production schedule and assign projects to the in-house motion graphics team based on availability, timelines, and project scope.Track the day-to-day progress of projects in the pipeline, follow up on deadlines, flag delays, and ensure workload distribution supports on-time delivery.Define and track KPIs, deadlines, and performance metrics to ensure smooth production cyclesWork closely with the Director of Marketing to translate business objectives into actionable creative plansCollaborate with internal stakeholders to refine briefs and propose effective design solutionsCreate and edit high-quality video assets to support marketing campaigns, product launches, digital initiatives, and brand awareness efforts.Design, document, and continuously improve studio workflows and cross-functional processesEnsure brand consistency and creative quality standards across all deliverablesIdentify bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements to increase efficiencyLead the integration of AI technologies into creative workflows, including automation, asset generation, project tracking, and quality optimizationRequirements:5–7 years of experience in creative production, studio coordination, or motion graphics environmentsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent creative projects while ensuring quality and on-time deliveryStrong experience supporting and improving production workflows within creative teamsDemonstrated ability to coordinate designers and balance workloads effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with project management tools such as Asana (or similar platforms)Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve production efficiency and creative outputStrong attention to detail and quality control across all stages of the creative processExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersSolid understanding of the end-to-end creative production lifecycle (briefing, design, review, revisions, final delivery)Why Join JoVE?You will make a direct impact in accelerating science research and education.Opportunity to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.Our strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.
