About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee our interpretation team, ensuring seamless execution of client projects and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects daily, from scoping and matchmaking to executing and delivering high-quality results.
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify linguists who meet clients' specific needs and present their expertise effectively.
* Sync expectations between clients and linguists, handle calls, and evaluate profitability and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Fluency in English; fluency in an additional language is a plus.
* Experience with CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team, with a goal-oriented mindset and a willingness to take on challenges.
Working Conditions:
* Fully remote role, working from home (WFH).
* Business hours will be either APAC, AMER, or EMEA, with opportunities for local region alignment.
* Weekends and overnights shifts available with commensurate compensation.
