Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tech Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network and systems.
* Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to users (hardware, software, network, printers, and systems).
* Maintain the infrastructure of the network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and its components (switches, routers, access points, and cabling).
* Install configure update operating systems (Windows/Linux) corporate software.
