Financial Business Partner - This role will report to an FP&A LATAM and will work cross-functionally to support business needs and help drive performance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create KPIs and monthly reports on revenues, expense, capital expenditures and working capital.Analyze variances against prior year and budget and identify trends and areas of improvement.Participate in annual budget and monthly forecast processes, ensuring precision and alignment with strategic goals.Partner with business units to provide data-driven insights and support on strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Provide bridges and explanations for variances against budget, forecast and prior year for various business units and product lines.Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports.Work on Corporate Development projects.Build and refine financial models in FP&A software to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes.Advanced English language for writing, reading and conversation.Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum two years of experience in finance or accounting, FP&A and/or business support experience preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and financial modeling.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in ERP systems;
experience with SAP S4/Hana preferred.Requires advanced Excel skills;
