We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Research Analyst to join a global team of experts focused on researching and tracking global trade regulations across LATAM and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
* Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other requirements across jurisdictions.
* Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation with high accuracy and clarity.
* Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
* Ensure research and documentation meet ISO process standards.
Job Requirements:
* Bilingual: English + one LATAM language (Spanish or Portuguese).
* 5+ years of professional experience in tax, global trade, or international regulatory research.
* Working knowledge of SAP GTS or similar trade compliance systems.
* Familiarity with international trade laws and frameworks (EAR, ITAR, EU Dual Use, WCO, etc.).
* Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
