Strategic Role: Senior Internal Talent Advisor
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Senior Internal Talent Advisor. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing positions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring high-quality recruitment services delivery.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee recruitment delivery team performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends, proactively solve issues, and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
* Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a talent acquisition emphasis.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, engaging with senior leadership and clients.
* Native language proficiency (Portuguese) and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
* Able to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
