Your goal is to move beyond simple \"if-this-then-that\" automation and deploy autonomous AI Agents that turn organic traffic into a predictable revenue pipeline. You will bridge the gap between high-level SEO strategy and technical execution, ensuring our growth is powered by cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic Workflows.
English fluency is a MUST for this role! Only candidates with level C1 or C2 will be considered:

Responsibilities
* Autonomous Agent Development: Design and deploy AI Agents (using n8n, LangChain, or Claude Cowork) to handle lead research, scoring, and routing.
* Generative Content Engine: Architect systems that use LLMs to transform a single piece of core content into a multi-channel organic lead source.
* AI-Enhanced SEO & AEO: Use AI for technical SEO and structured data optimization to ensure Acendeo is the top answer in generative search engines.
* Intelligent Outreach: Scale cold email sequencing and LinkedIn marketing using AI to personalize messaging at a level that bypasses standard automation filters.
* Predictable Revenue Infrastructure: Align marketing and sales systems so that AI-driven data hygiene leads to predictable revenue rather than guesswork.
Requirements
* AI Specialization: Proven expertise in building market-ready automations and AI-assisted operations using Claude, OpenAI, and REST APIs.
* Systems Engineering: Significant experience designing revenue infrastructure, including CRM architecture, pipeline automation, and lead scoring systems.
* Technical SEO Mastery: Deep understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization to drive non-vanity, qualified inbound traffic.
* Advanced Tooling: High proficiency in n8n, Clay, Webflow, and CRM platforms like HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
* Strategic Marketing Management: Ability to align marketing and sales systems so revenue growth is predictable rather than guesswork.
