We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to provide strategic leadership in business analysis, drive innovation, analyze complex ML/AI projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions. The Business Analyst should offer advanced analysis, decision support, and continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring junior analysts.
Essential Functions
1. Manage and coordinate business analysis efforts for complex projects and product initiatives
2. Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and release plans in collaboration with stakeholders
3. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
4. Conduct business analysis and user research to inform product decisions and improvements
5. Estimate development efforts at a high level
6. Decompose, plan large tasks or initiatives
7. Conduct and facilitate demos and presentations to meet business needs
8. Achieve mastery in relevant tech stacks and technologies in the field
9. Identify opportunities and communicate them to leadership
10. Support upsale activities under supervision, create required artifacts and presentations
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer, in line with employee qualifications
Qualifications
* Ability to develop an approach for requirements management and facilitate implementation
* Knowledge and experience with system integration and enterprise architecture
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional teamwork
* Ability to set up and facilitate software development processes (if required)
* Expertise in system integration, data modeling, and API development
* Strong problem-solving skills for complex system issues
* Experience in stakeholder management to keep them engaged and proactive
Preferred Skills
* Hands-on experience with ML/AI projects
* Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially GCP
