Job Description
Position Purpose
Contribute to the implementation of Louis Dreyfus Company’s corporate communications strategy at the regional level, ensuring clear and consistent messaging aligned with global company guidelines, supporting business priorities, and strengthening institutional positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Implement the corporate communications strategy in the region, in coordination with global and local teams.
Develop and adapt content for different audiences and channels, including internal communications, corporate announcements, articles, social media, presentations, and event materials.
Support corporate announcements and key business milestones (operations, investments, regional initiatives, institutional events).
Coordinate work with external agencies (PR, design, audiovisual), ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
Provide support to regional functions and countries in planning and executing communication initiatives.
Contribute to strengthening internal communications and aligning employees with company priorities.
Monitor content performance and media coverage, preparing reports and insights.
Ensure proper use of the brand, institutional tone, and key messages across all materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in corporate or institutional communications roles, ideally within regional or multinational organizations.
Excellent writing and editing skills in both Spanish and English.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in matrix environments.
Knowledge of corporate communications, internal communications, media relations, and social media.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Organized, proactive profile with strong editorial judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial, agribusiness, energy, logistics, or B2B sectors.
Previous experience working with regional and/or global teams.
Strong analytical skills to interpret communication metrics and results.
