The Regulatory Intelligence and Safety Compliance (RISC) team in LATAM is seeking a Risk Manager to lead the BR Healthcare program.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team. You should enjoy operating in a high ambiguity environment and solving novel problems. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and an aptitude for inventing solutions relentlessly.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive compliance needs ingestion, design initiatives, and partner with program teams to launch controls.
* Identify and lead improvement projects to eliminate excess processes, drive efficiencies, and create predictable controls and processes, including automated tools and systems, to enhance compliance, business expansion, and efficiency.
* Monitor key operational risk areas, define risk indicators, establish risk thresholds, review process health, and engage stakeholders for risk mitigation.
* Design success metrics/goals and report progress, obstacles, and resolutions to cross-functional leadership.
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders locally and globally, especially teams focused on Restricted Products.
* Convert team knowledge into scalable SOPs, establish clear workflows, and streamline approval mechanisms.
* Leverage technology to manage compliance processes.

The LATAM RISC team focuses on protecting customers from illegal and unsafe products, ensuring a trustworthy shopping environment.
Basic Qualifications
* 4+ years in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or similar experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience handling confidential information
* Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (business level communication skills)
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years in program requirements definition, data analysis, and metrics-driven improvements
* Professional auditing or risk/ compliance credentials
* Experience with SQL and Excel
* Experience in Healthcare or related industries
