About the Role
TIDY is seeking an In-House Property Manager with hands-on experience in short-term or vacation rental property management. Because our platform serves property managers, we need someone who truly understands the day-to-day challenges our customers face, from guest turnover to troubleshooting booking platforms.
You'll be chatting with customers in English all day, helping resolve their issues and answering their questions. You have to genuinely enjoy talking with people, even when they're having a bad day.
Requirements
* You MUST have been involved as a short-term/vacation property manager using platforms like Guesty, Hostaway, Stays, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Lodgify, or similar.
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* A quiet, reliable workspace and a strong internet connection

* Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote communication tools
Responsibilities
* Support customers via chat, email, phone, and video when needed
* Use our internal tools to resolve questions and issues (training provided)
* Balance speed and quality — both are important
* Ensure customers feel heard, supported, and valued
We measure your success both by the number of interactions you solve and by the quality of your responses
