Responsibilities
As a Licensing Specialist: Client Value Acceleration Representative, you will manage software ELA clients throughout the CVA Program, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing engagement, and effective governance. This role involves fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving business outcomes through strategic licensing solutions.
Manage Client Onboarding: Introduce clients to the CVA Program, secure their agreement to participate, and ensure successful onboarding to set the stage for a productive partnership.
Provide Ongoing Engagement: Address client inquiries, deliver regular reporting, and maintain operational governance to ensure client satisfaction and program effectiveness.
Oversee Deployment Declaration: Manage CVA client deployment declaration and reconciliation to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
Identify Sales Opportunities: Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for new license sales and annuity transactions to drive business growth.
Govern Client and Partner Programs: Develop and implement governance strategies to ensure alignment with program objectives and client expectations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Software Licensing Management: Experience with managing software licenses, including Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs), and understanding of licensing models and compliance requirements.
Client Relationship Development: Experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including introducing programs, securing agreements, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Operational Governance: Experience with operational governance, including addressing client inquiries, delivering regular reporting, and maintaining program effectiveness.
Sales Opportunity Identification: Experience in analyzing client needs and identifying opportunities for new license sales and annuity transactions.
Program Governance Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing governance strategies to ensure alignment with program objectives and client expectations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Software Licensing Knowledge: Experience with software licensing models, compliance requirements, and Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) is beneficial for success in this role.
Client Management Expertise: Familiarity with client relationship development, program introduction, and onboarding processes can aid in effectively managing CVA clients.
Operational Governance Understanding: Exposure to operational governance principles, including reporting and inquiry management, can support program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Some travel may be required based on business demand.
