Scrum Master – Salesforce Commerce Cloud
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams.
* The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise, can effectively coach cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
About the Role
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
Your Skills & Experience
1. You have a proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies.
2. You possess strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination).
3. You are proficient with Jira (boards, filters, dashboards), Confluence (documentation), CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
4. You hold Scrum certifications: CSM or PSM I / PSM II.
5. You have solid eCommerce domain knowledge: catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, Order Management Systems (OMS).
About Your Responsibilities
* You will lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives.
* You will partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals.
* You will track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope.
A successful Scrum Master must ensure effective collaboration, communicate project progress, maintain focus on quality, and promote continuous improvement within our team.
