The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing technical cutovers, with a strong understanding of SAP modules, their integration points, and prior hands-on experience in configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
In this role, you will:
 * Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities to guide project team efforts for successful go-live with localization and deployment of a greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
 * Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements.
 * Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
 * Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
 * Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need to track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through project management tools, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are also necessary for navigating complex technical challenges.
