We are looking for an experienced SEO Analytics Developer to contribute to a freelance project for a US customer.
Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST, Mon-Fri.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement custom event tracking to capture key user interactions using GA4's event-based modelConfigure GA4 properties for event collection and integrate with Google BigQueryAnalyze GTM-collected data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunitiesTroubleshoot and resolve GA4 tracking issues, collaborating with development and product teamsArchitect and maintain robust data layers for reliable, scalable trackingDeploy and manage tracking tags (GA4, marketing pixels, etc.)Write custom JavaScript for advanced triggers and complex tracking scenariosUse GTM workspaces and environments to ensure version control and best practicesOversee GTM projects from requirements to implementation and QAIntegrate CMP logic and ensure tracking complies with GDPR, CCPA, and related regulationsImplement and maintain Google Consent Mode logic for Google TagsBuild and maintain internal Looker Studio dashboardsValidate data accuracy and collaborate with stakeholders on insights and KPIsUse GitHub for version control following branching and deployment best practicesImplement and manage tracking code in various frameworks (Laravel, WordPress, React, etc.)Debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tracking-related changesMaintain clear documentation for GTM/GA4 setups, data layers, and workflowsRequirementsGoogle Analytics 4 certification with 1+ years managing end-to-end GA4 projects1-2 years GTM experience, including architecting tagging strategies and delivering measurable results1-2 years of GitHub experience with strong version control and deployment skillsExperience with Google BigQuery and GA4 data schema1+ years of SQL experience; BigQuery optimization a plus1+ years of JavaScript experience, especially with data Layer and OOP principlesWill be a Competitive AdvantageExperience with Google Cloud analytics products (Dataform, Cloud SQL Server, Cloud Orchestrator)Familiarity with Segment for managing sources and destinationsExperience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform environmentsAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) tools: Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Real-Time CDPEmployment detailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Viseven by 2x
