Key Account Professional
In this critical role, you will foster and maintain lasting relationships with our key clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
* Accountability for a portfolio of existing clients across assigned territories, including API Wholesale Online, API Retail Offline, and WebShopping Accounts.
* Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets, facilitate account expansion, and identify novel business opportunities.
* Identification and acquisition of new key accounts within designated regions.
* Prepare and present insightful reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the creation of innovative products/services.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
