Join our growing global running company as a Growth Marketer. You will be responsible for all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, driving growth through new channels, markets, and data‑driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
Conduct research, testing, and scaling of marketing initiatives across multiple cities and destinations.
Optimize email marketing flows, build smart automations, and analyze data to improve performance.
Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms and measuring impact.
Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations.
Collaborate closely with the founder and global team, operating remotely with minimal internal meetings.
Take ownership of a newsletter and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Traits
Analytical and structured mindset with creativity for copy and opportunity‑spotting.
Fast mover, super collaborator, and execution‑focused; drives growth relentlessly.
Passion for data, automation, and testing new tech and trends.

Experience with B2C/B2B marketing preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
USD 1,400 a month for 25 hrs per week.
Remote work with 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week.
