Job Overview
We're looking for an Operations Finance Analyst to work directly with our CEO & Founder. This is a remote role. You'll support research, investor communications, project tracking, financial analysis, and other critical work as we expand.
Main Responsibilities:
* Research - Help study new business opportunities and prepare simple reports
* Investor Communications - Support updates and materials for investors
* Project Tracking - Process and organize invoices, keep budgets up to date, and track costs
* Data Work - Review and analyze business data to spot trends
* Financial Analysis - Assist with numbers for acquisitions and new projects
* Business Development - Help with outreach to potential customers and partners
Requirements:
* Careful attention to detail
* Ability to work respectfully with internal teammates and outside partners
* Can work independently and stay organized without constant oversight
* Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
* Comfort using AI tools to make work faster and more effective
* Good written and spoken English
* Open to learning and taking on different types of tasks
