Business Analyst - Salesforce
We're seeking a skilled Salesforce expert to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
2. Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment ensuring data integrity, system stability, and optimal performance.
3. Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and other settings to support business processes.
4. Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and improve user productivity.
5. Design and implement new features or system enhancements.
6. Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms ensuring data consistency and seamless functionality.
7. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for new configurations, automation, and system updates.
8. Monitor and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings in accordance with company policies.
9. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; recommend improvements and lead adoption of new capabilities.
10. Provide user support, training, and documentation for more effective system usage.
