Responsibilities
* Conduct market segmentation, competitor analysis, and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
* Manage key accounts, maintain distributor relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and expand sales channels.
* Develop and implement regional sales plans in alignment with company objectives to achieve targets.
* Identify potential risks in orders, take preventive actions, and ensure timely payment recovery.
* Place and track orders to guarantee on-time, high-quality product delivery to customers.
* Support exhibition planning and organize customer training sessions, meetings, and product launches.
Qualifications
* Education Background:Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or related engineering fields.
* Work Location: South America
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.
* Strong ability to quickly learn and understand business needs.
* Excellent market analysis, marketing, and promotion skills.
* Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to independently develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
