As a Senior Internal Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in strategic recruitment operations and client engagement.
About the Role
This senior-level position serves as a liaison between our organization and stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
* You will act as the primary point of contact for high-quality recruitment services delivery.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, engaging with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
